Veere Di Wedding is chick flick directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Rhea Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor and Nikhil Dwivedi. The film is touted to be Bollywood’s first major chick flick and follows the story about four friends attending a wedding. On last day of shooting schedule gang of leading ladies busy with taking selfie.

After a year-long delay owing to Kareena Kapoor Khan’s pregnancy, first script reading in Mumbai on July 12. Actor Sumeet Vyas is playing Kareena Kapoor Khan’s love interest and with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and debutante Shikha Talsania will also seen as leading ladies in the film.

Veere Di Wedding’s first schedule is expected to be 40 days long with a large portion of the film wrapped up by October. There are several outdoor sequences planned, including a song, and a grand villa in Delhi where Kareena’s character’s wedding is supposedly taking place, has been booked. The final portions will be shot in Mumbai by the year-end.
