The recently released trailer for the Marathi film ‘Aranya,’ inspired by true events, has generated immense curiosity among audiences. The trailer effectively portrays the intense struggle of a conflict-ridden life, lives devastated by Naxalism, the complexities of relationships, and the daunting, real-life conflict within the jungle. Beyond just a thrilling narrative, the trailer offers a glimpse into an emotional bond between a father and daughter that is sure to touch the hearts of viewers.
What makes this film special is that it was shot on location in the real jungles of Gadchiroli, which lends it an authentic feel. The local Vidarbha dialect, realistic jungle scenes, and the authentic atmosphere bring the film to life, making the audience feel as though they are not just watching a movie but living through the journey in the jungle themselves.

Director Amol Digambar Karambe said, “‘Aranya’ is not just a story about Naxalism; it is the story of the common people who live in the jungle, their struggles, and their relationships. We didn’t add any artificiality while making this film. Shooting in the dense forests of Gadchiroli has given the film an authentic flavor. The actors also became one with the environment.”

Presented by S.S. Studio and Expo, in association with Adik Films, and written and directed by Amol Digambar Karambe, the film stars Hardik Joshi, Veena Jagtap, Hrutika Patil, Vijay Nikam, Suresh Vishwakarma, Chetan Chavda, and Amol Khapre in key roles.
The film is produced by Sharad Patil and Anjali Patil all set to be released on September 19.
