Makers of State of Siege: Temple Attack, State of Siege: 26/11, Taj: Divided by Blood, and Taj: Reign of Revenge Contiloe Pictures has officially announced its large-scale 3D animated feature Mahayoddha Rama, set for release this Diwali on 17th October 2025, distributed by Cinépolis India. The makers have also unveiled the first teaser, giving audiences an early look at the film’s visual storytelling and scale.
The voice cast brings some of the country’s finest talent: Kunal Kapoor voices the heroic Rama, Jimmy Shergill takes on the role of the devoted Laxman, Mouni Roy voices Sita, and Gulshan Grover portrays the formidable Ravan. Their performances aim to lend authenticity and emotional weight to this animated retelling of the Ramayan. Positioned as one of Contiloe’s most ambitious ventures, the film seeks to present the legendary tale with advanced animation technology and strong production values.
