After the big announcement of the leading lady Sara Ali Khan for ‘Simmba’, Sonu Sood is the latest entrant in the film putting an end to various rumors and speculations doing the rounds. Sonu will be essaying an important character in the film and it’s his first association with director Rohit Shetty.

Simmba marks the debut collaboration of Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar and undoubtedly the fresh leading pair of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan, based on the Telugu film Temper which starred Jr NTR. R Madhavan, who underwent a surgery for an injury, supposed to do the negative role but he is not allowed to do action till he recovers completely, so now Sonu Sood will play his part.

Reliance Entertainment presents, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions, Simmba is slated to release worldwide on 28th December 2018
