Convention has never been a path for Jackky Bhagnani as a filmmaker or as a real-estate personality. Recently, the producer highlighted the commonalities between filmmaking and real estate. He often tries to apply his learnings of filmmaking in real estate. This approach delivers the best experience to his audience.

“The philosophy is the same in both sectors to a certain extent. When you make a film, you have to think about what new can be done. You also have to consider what different can be done. We have a good influx of content on OTT and micro dramas. How can my film, music video, or actors look different? We try to apply the same principle in real estate,” he shares.

“And people are ready to pay the price for the experience. And today, post-pandemic, I feel that people want to live rich rather than marry rich. I have seen this big change. I have seen that many speak about how our forefathers have always pushed everyone to save financially. The younger generation believes that if the price is worth it, they should spend. They want to enjoy the experience. So whatever I have learnt from cinema, I try my best to apply it in real estate,” he adds.

Jackky Bhagnani highlights how filmmaking and real estate are two different worlds. They share a foundation built on vision, passion, and the drive to reinvent. This drive aims to offer rich experiences.
