Talking about Transparency in Bollywood business and stars refunding money for their failure Subhash Ghai said, Mukta Arts were the first Producers to refund money to its distributors of film Trimurti in 1995 to compensate their losses. Though we was questioned by many producers and was advised not to start this practice since there was no transparency in film business with real box office collections shown by them. Producers never received full profit share when movie is blockbuster. But Distributors appreciated our gesture and bought our next ‘pardes ‘ with new girl Mahima and Shah Rukh Khan at our price.
Now in 2017 Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are being appreciated for their gesture of refunding money. And also Today business is total transparent.
