Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat is set for a solo release on January 25 as Akshay Kumar has made way for Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh starrer by postponing Padman which was supposed to release on same day. Today they come together to make official announcement of it.
Time and again Bollywood peoples has proved that its a big family and they have lend support to each other, and Akshay Kumar is the latest example. After facing so much rejections and death threats from different Rajput Groups and Karni Sena, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Padmaavat can hope for clear run at the box office.

Before Padman, Manoj Bajpayee-Sidharth Malhotra-Neeraj Pandey’s Aiyaary was also slated to release on January 25, now it will clash with Padman on February 9.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and jointly produced by Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film features Deepika Padukone in the title role as Rani Padmini, alongside Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji and Shahid Kapoor as Rawal Ratan Singh, and also have Jim Sarbh and Aditi Rao Hydari.
The film was originally scheduled for release on 17 November 2017, but protests in Rajasthan impacted filming. The movie’s release was pushed to 2018. But with the release of its first poster it is scheduled to release on 1 December 2017, but its now finally releasing on January 25.
